Pierre Gervois is a media entrepreneur and luxury hotels expert. Born in Paris, he started his career in politics and worked as Chief of Staff of Mr Laurent Fabius, Former French Prime Minister.
In 1999, following Mr Fabius appointment as French Finance & Industry Secretary, he was appointed Head of the Chinese affairs at the ACFCI (French National Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry), and has been involved in many bilateral negociations with the Chinese Government. In 2007, he relocated to Shanghai and founded the STC magazine, a luxury travel publication in Chinese Mandarin for HNWI Chinese global travelers. Since 2013, he is based in New York City and is the Founder and President of Gervois Hotel Rating, a new hotel rating system for U.S. hotels focused on the sophisticated guests' experience, and Publisher of GERVOIS magazine, a travel publication about the United States.
