B+H Architects is a global design and consulting firm

Phillip joined B+H in 2011 and has more than 35 years of experience managing international, complex and large-scale projects. He has worked extensively in the Middle East and North Africa for over 27 years, where he honed his ability to successfully partner with global clients on challenging projects.  Prior to joining B+H, Phillip practiced with other major firms and worked on such notable projects as the Dubai Festival City, as well as the Dubai Marina Community Master Plan and Flagship Six Tower Mixed Use Development (Dubai, United Arab Emirates) and King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (Jeddah Kingdom, Saudi Arabia).

Phillip's success with large mixed-use projects is based in the design resolution of the public realm and led to his recognition with the Architecture and Global Urban Design Award in 2005 for his work on Dubai Marina and the Doha Institute in 2016. He was also one of the authors of the City of Toronto's initial Tall Building Design Guidelines. Phillip complements the B+H senior team and will help the firm expand its client base in the Middle East and Canada.
