MMAG is home to galleries, workshops, studios and residency spaces, as well as the Central Amman Library, and is currently developing a postgraduate arts program.

Noura Salem is a researcher and architect based between Amman and Helsinki. She is the deputy director of the newly launched MMAG Foundation, where she is developing the framework for the foundation's art school and learning programs. She is currently completing a master's degree in Visual Cultures, Curating and Contemporary Art at Aalto University, focusing her research on postgraduate art education curricula. In parallel, she is co-editing The Experience of Jordanian Museology, a book-length research project on Jordanian museums.
